Janice Wolffe

Meet the trainer JanJan is not your typical trainer.  Having been obese for most of her adult life (she lost 120 lbs a couple years ago) gives her a perspective many trainers don’t have.  She’s also had to recover from multiple injuries over the past 5 years, so she is very intent on helping clients improve balance and stability, create a healthy, active lifestyle and minimize the risk of injury.

As owner and CEO of Studio 18 Fitness, my mission is to help people of all ages get and stay healthy and fit…and have fun doing it!

She’s changed her life with her ongoing journey toward health and fitness.  She can help you change yours too.

Andrew is the owner and CEO of Patriot Fitness Training, an online personal training company.

He is runner, obstacle course racer, basketball player and golfer who helps folks lose weight & stay healthy.

His mission is to help people enjoy a strong quality of life by staying active & avoiding future injuries by strengthening and increasing flexibility throughout the body.
