It’s that time of year…even people who don’t usually make New Year’s resolutions are thinking about it. Five plus weeks of holiday eating, from Thanksgiving to New Year’s will do that us! But once you’ve made them, how do you keep your New Year’s resolution?
Here is a great article giving some good tips on doing just that. My key points?
- Keep it manageable. 1 or 2 resolutions (goals) max.
- Be accountable. If you struggle to hold yourself accountable, work with a trainer. I’ll hold you accountable!
- Make sure it is a sustainable change that will improve your life…then have fun with it. After 30 days, it will become a habit. Good habits are as hard to break as bad ones!
