Semi-private small group training

Fun, varied workouts with generally no more than 4 clients at a time so that you always get personal attention.

Individual Personal Training

Private/semi-private combo

Our most popular program gives you the best of both worlds!  One private session per week to allow for more focused attention on your strengths and weaknesses along with the fun and variety of small group session/s.
